1. Services Provided

WB Logistic is a licensed auto transport brokerage company. We arrange transportation of vehicles through a network of licensed and insured motor carriers. We do not operate as a motor carrier unless explicitly stated.

2. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are based on current market conditions.

  • Final carrier assignment depends on availability and route demand.

  • Prices may fluctuate due to fuel costs, seasonality, or carrier availability.

  • A dispatch deposit may be required to secure carrier assignment.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate vehicle information.

  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible for pickup.

  • Remove personal belongings from the vehicle.

  • Maintain working condition disclosure (running / non-running).

Failure to provide accurate information may result in price adjustments or cancellation.

4. Payment Terms

  • A broker dispatch fee may be collected at the time of pickup or scheduling.

  • The remaining balance is typically paid directly to the carrier at delivery (via cash, certified funds, or as agreed).

  • Specific payment terms will be disclosed before dispatch.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel prior to carrier assignment without penalty.

  • If a carrier has already been assigned, cancellation fees may apply depending on the dispatch stage.

6. Limitation of Liability

WB Logistic is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays due to weather, traffic, or road conditions.

  • Acts of God or force majeure events.

  • Mechanical failures during transport.

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage.

All carriers are required to maintain active cargo insurance coverage. Customers must inspect vehicles at pickup and delivery and note any damages on the Bill of Lading (BOL).

7. Messaging Terms & Conditions (SMS/Text)

By providing your mobile phone number to WB Logistic through our website forms, quotes, or verbally during booking, you consent to receive service-related SMS/text messages.

  • Program Description: We send messages regarding quote requests, booking confirmations, dispatch notifications, pickup/delivery updates, and customer support responses.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your service activity and interaction with our team.

  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.

  • Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt-Out & Help:
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP. After texting STOP, you will receive a confirmation message, and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. For assistance, reply HELP or contact customer support.

Privacy:

8. Inbound SMS Consent

Consent may also be obtained if customers first text WB Logistic requesting service information. Responses will be strictly service-related.
